Dallas Suburbs that still has price appreciation potential
I'm an out of state investor who frequents dallas area. How is the RE market currently?
What suburbs of dallas would you look into investing that has strong job grow, but prices are not super high.

My thought is the market it steady. Many homes taking a bit longer to sell now and at more reasonable contract terms vs the craziness of a couple of years ago. On some properties we still see multiple offers and some offers over asking price, especially if they are in decent condition and price is attractive.
Depending on your hold timeframe, I'd look at places around the outskirts of DFW area. Midlothian, Decatur, Weatherford, Sherman depending on your price range and age preferences. Lots of demand drivers in Sherman area.
