Little Elm Vs Frisco

We are torn between deciding on buying in Frisco vs Little Elm. The same builder is the same and the sq ft is the same but the price difference is a little over 100K. The Frisco one is Little Elm ISD and the Little Elm is Denton ISD but the school district does not matter to us so much but for resale value. I am leaning toward Little Elm to save money. My family prefers Frisco for all the convenience and we have been renting in Frisco for a while now. Please share your thoughts.
