where to invest in San Antonio?

Hello All,

I'm an investor from Israel, looking to expand my portfolio in San Antonio.

I'm looking to buy & hold a single/two family property of at least 1000ft2 3BR 1BA, with an ARV of 100-120,000$, and I want to buy this property in a bad shape for 60-80,000$ and renovate it.

and then expand more using the BRRR strategy.

I'm looking to build a team (agent, rehab contractor, management company, loan broker...)

but before i start all that I need to better understand the market.

what areas would be suitable for that strategy?

thank you:)
