Rezone & combine properties
Hello, I am a second time rehab and hold investor, small potatoes. There is a wholesale deal I'm looking at that is two side by side properties on south side 78204, same owner who lives in NTX. One is a small 2/1 the other is even smaller 1/1. I think there is a lot of potential if it wouldnt be an issue to combine properties in to one .35 acre lot and rezone multi-family. Any knowledge or experience on the subject would be much appreciated. Should I first get in touch with development services? How much would something like that cost?
