FHA Lender Recommendations in San Antonio area

Hello BP, I plan to house hack for my first real estate purchase. I have seen a few posts on lenders in the San Antonio area, but I want to make sure I get the best deal/partner for my first and subsequent deals. For my first deal, though, I'm shooting for a small MFR using an FHA loan. I have a pretty darn good credit score and a few k in savings, but no income as of yet. I do plan on living in the area, and I am following this post's recommendation to get a good lender(s) first.
