New commercial real estate investor

I am new CRE investor. I have been learning about CRE for about a year and I'm in the process of looking for a property with my CRE broker. I am very anxious to learn, meet with knowledgeable people and even find a mentor. I would like to create a meetup somewhere (perhaps at a Starbucks), maybe every month or two, where beginning and seasoned CRE investors could meet and discuss topics or whatever is on their mind. I did go to a similar meeting like this, but it was for residential real estate here in SA. If anyone is interested please respond in this forum.
