I'm an Austin investor with a few properties. I've built up a good list of reliable contractors, realtor, best cash flowing areas with potential, and more over the last 3 years.

I've now got my eyes on San Marcos and San Antonio for another possible investment property. I'm hoping a San Antonio investor on here would be interested in exchanging knowledge for our mutual benefit.
