Good local lenders to build a relationship with
Hey Y'all :)
I sold my house and will be heading to SA soon! Anybody have a good recommendation for a local lender/bank who also does portfolio lending? My first few will not be but I would love to get that relationship in place so when I am ready I have someone good I am already working with and they know I am worthwhile to work with since I will already have some loans with them.
Thanks in advance!

Good "real estate investor friendly" banks that hold their own notes and will underwrite portfolio loans:
- Jefferson Bank
- Schertz Bank & Trust
- Texas Assoc. of Profesionals (TAP) FCU
Also there are a couple loan brokers that do portfolio loans. My clients/myself have had success with Marco Balado of Entrust Equity Funding and Armando Barbosa of Vision Mortgage.
BP rules won't let me post contact info here, so PM.
