From CA looking to meet local agent and PM

Hello BP'ers! I have some family in the SA area that I'll be visiting early January and in anticipation of my upcoming trip I've been doing a good amount of research in hopes of purchasing a SFH (or two) as investment in the area. Currently I live in San Francisco and I'm looking for something turn key or with a minimal amount of work needed to make it rent ready. The zip codes I'm targeting as of now are 78254, 78250, 78283, 78240, 78130, 78216, 78217. Any thoughts on these neighborhoods?
