WholeSaler Successes
As i've mentioned, I am new to RE. I must say, I love the whole process of wholesaling (finding the property, sending mail, putting up bandit signs, getting THE CALL, making THE CALL). I love everything that comes with it from meeting the people to exploring the city. My partner and I are always trying to find ways to be creative with marketing, targeting, and negotiating. But can we say growing pains?! We're learning something new every single day. With each property we were able to get contracted there was a diff obstacle to overcome as well as a lesson learned. Any wholesalers out there want to be an inspiration? Do you remember your first deal? What obstacles did you face, and how did you feel afterwards?? How long did it take you to close?
