Background Check/Application for new tenant

Hey everyone. I've been lucky with good tenants and also a little ignorant. I have a property at 78213 that will be up for rent in the next week or 2 and would like some help with resources.

Can someone point me in the right direction, I'd like to do a background check and application on new applicants - anyone have any templates they can share and which website they use for vetting new tenants? Thanks!

@Alberto Moravia

I used TransUnion's SmartMove for over a decade.  You have the option to get both credit and criminal background checks, and have the option to pay for it yourself or have the prospective tenants pay directly.
