Need Advice on A Newly Built home in Lake of Savannah

I am looking for a newly built single family home in Lake of Savannah as my investment property. It costs around 300K. Any advice or thoughts on the future appreciate rate and value of those house in the Lake of Savannah Neighborhood. Many thanks and appreciation!
