How to pay water tax?

We have an investment house in Houston (Spring City, Zipcode 77373). We used to have an escrow account to pay all taxes. The account is recently closed and we have to pay taxes ourselves. I noticed that there is a water tax on the house, but is not able to find the website to show the bill amount and how to pay for it. Anyone can help to provide such information? Thank you very much!
