Crew Ventures is in Buying Mode

Well in the 3 months since I posted, we sold the last of the 4 initial houses we purchased and redesigned.  We've purchased 3 more, two just hit the market and the 3rd is to hit soon.

My license is active and we are actively looking for additional properties.  Would like to learn more about off market properties if anyone has any resources there fire away.  Our current "program" is about to be disrupted if we don't get another property or two as we won't have work for our crews and they will certainly find work elsewhere.  Open to any areas so, feel free to reach out if you have any ideas.
