Pre Foreclosure Home
New to real estate investing. I found a pre-foreclosure property in my neighborhood that I am interested in as a rental.
Can anyone give advice on what I should do to get that process started? It looks like it was set for auction on August 4th but it was cancelled.
How do I make an offer?
Thanks,
Tanner
