ISO reliable and not-too-expensive attorney in Houston
One of my tenants inherited a house in Houston about 5-years ago, but the will was never probated and title is still in the deceased aunt's name. The tenant would like to sell it to a nephew, but first the title has got to be sorted out. She might be interested in seller financing with something like a 5-year balloon.
I am looking for referrals to experienced & trustworthy RE attorneys in Houston who can help her with both probating the will, and then doing the sale. Thanks!
