Diving head first into Pre-Foreclosure Wholesaling

I am a newbie living in the Spring/Woodlands area and looking forward to learning the wholesaling skill. I go to WoodsEdge Community Church in the Woodlands. Used to be a realtor years back in MN so I have some knowledge on RE. My goal is to have at-least one sale by March 31st hopefully sooner. Looking forward to connecting and starting this exciting 2020 journey.
