AirBNB in Apartment Complexes - Houston

I’ve been more and more interested in getting an Airbnb in an apartment complex. I currently have one AirBNb up and running in a townhouse in midtown and achieved superhost status rather quickly! 

I’ve found ways to lower the amount of bad and irresponsible guests and I think I’m ready to get a few apartments doors in my hands. 

Has anyone had success convincing a HOA to allow them to do Airbnb without having to rent out multiple units at a time?
