New to REI and looking for guidance

Kevin Caballero
Posted

My name is Kevin, and I am a newbie to REI. I am from the southside of Houston and i am looking to get into wholesale deals and build capital from there to eventually buy and flip houses. I recently learned about this market, and I am so interested in learning more about it.  I dream of one day paying off my college debt and having true financial freedom with my family and loved ones some day. By doing this, I see it as something I could be committed too and still value and experience the other things i love in life. I just want to know where to get started and how do I obtain contracts? Do i write my own with a deal on it? Just basic questions I don’t know and the process of how it all works. If there is anyone who has done this for a while and willing to help an aspiring 23 yr old like myself I’d love to talk or if you are from houston area, take you to lunch to discuss the industry. Thank you to all!
