Galveston Flood insurance
I am trying to put my numbers together to evaluate a potential investment and need a little help. Does anyone have an idea of the cost for $130k of flood insurance coverage in Galveston? It is in Flood zone AE and the owner doesn't have a elevation certificate. The house is located south of broadway and east of 61st and is not raised. This would be a rental. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Jack! I will give him a call. Also since we talked earlier in the year, I took some of your advice and I am working on my 3rd deal this year.
