Any luck finding BRRRR deals in Houston?
I am sure they are out there but anyone have any success stories with finding BRRRR deals in Houston and surrounding areas?

if you want to do a BRRRR interior to Houston you will need to live in an upcoming area. Right now East Downtown (by navigation and stadium), third ward, and fifth ward are all coming up. You could definitely find BRRRR deals in those areas. I just bought a 4 plex in East Downtown for 275k. It appraised for 312k and if I was living in one of the units the other two would cover the mortgage.
