Portfolio loans referral

Hey guys,

I’m almost tapped out on 10 Fannie/Freddie loans. Looking to put all of them under a portfolio loan. Any referrals in the Houston area?

What are the current portfolio loan terms look like? Most seem to be 20 year amortization, 5 year balloon, 6-7% interest.
