Any referrals on creative real estate attorneys that can get a sub-2/seller finance/Wrap-around Mortgage deal done here in the Houston Area? Any help is much appreciated

Your biggest issue with sub-2 and wraps is going to be getting title insurance. Even the title companies that will usually close these, I'm getting feedback that FHA and VA have taken steps to prevent title companies from wrapping their loans.
