In gathering info for my monthly newsletter I came across this report by Rice University on future gentrification opportunities in Houston. The neighborhoods mentioned if you don't want to read the whole thing are:

  • Third Ward
  • Fifth Ward
  • Denver Harbor
  • Gulfton

We recently bought a 16 unit in Third Ward planning for growth and glad to see that we made the list!
