Looking for Multi-Family Owners

Justin Wilson

Hi,

My name is Justin Wilson.  I am looking to wholesale small apartments and buy and hold 2 - 4 unit properties in the metro Houston area.  I have already contacted some realtors and want to start direct mailings to property owners.  Is there a good way to get a list of names and addresses?

Thanks,

Justin

@Justin Wilson You can download the Harris CAD records and filter by owners with "LLC" in their name and where the mailing address is different than the property address. Usually gives you a pretty narrowed list of investor owned properties. From there you can filter more to dig down to a more granular view of the properties you are targeting.
