Investor-Friendly Real Estate Agent
Hello fellow BP investors,
I'm fairly new to real estate investing. I'm looking for my first property to flip. I'm doing my own marketing but am also interested in linking up with an agent who may be able to look out for deals on the MLS. I know great deals aren't found very often on the MLS but every once in a while you get that diamond in the rough. Does anybody have an agent that they've worked with who understands the needs of a real estate investor?
