Experience with MemphisInvest and other turnkey services?

Brand new to the site and also brand new to real estate!  I was just wondering if anyone had experience with MemphisInvest or other turnkey services, particularly in the Houston market?  (where I reside)  I am looking to get my feet wet and figured a turnkey service would be a good start?  Thank you so much in advance!
