Subject says it all. I'm new to the RE game and was wondering if there are any lenders who provide hard money without a down payment. I was pre-approved by a lender for don't have the working capital at the moment. I don't want to take out another loan just for the down payment. Any suggestions?

@Sagar Jethva You are running on thin ice. You need to increase your RE IQ before you go an leverage yourself like you are doing now. Just be careful. i do exactly what you are doing now. i borrow everything and come up wit nothing but I have hunderds of transactions under my belt and I know what i am doing. You can get into beg financial trouble if you use too much leverage with not enough experience. Slow it down and save some money first.
