REO Trust Owned Property

I have recently come across a vacant property that appears to have been acquired by the bank through the foreclosure process about a year ago and then deeded over to an REO Trust. The docs on the county website give me the name of the trustee, but it is a relatively common name and I am having trouble locating the trustee through a skip trace without making dozens of phone calls all over the country. I can make the effort of calling every one of them, but if there is a shortcut, that would be nice.

Taxes are paid in full and I have the address from the tax records, but I am getting nowhere with my written communication.

Does anyone have any advice on getting the contact information for a trustee or the trust itself?

Thanks,

David Stanton
