Haven't received my property tax statements
I have four rentals purchased Apr, Nov, Dec 2016 and Apr 2017. I haven't received my property tax increase statements yet and I understand they protests are due May 31. Do i need to contact the appraisal district at this point or do they typically come in around now?

You can visit the appraisal district website and check if the new value is posted already.
Don't forget to protest the assessed value.
You can try taxprotest.me.
Just $20 to generate all the protest docs you need including affidavit so you can notarize it and skip the hearing.
The website is easy to use and self-explanatory, feel free to take a look.
