Going to Houston to look at investment opportunities

Hi BP,

Next month I will be going to Houston to look at investment opportunities and I would like to meet some of you that are knowledgeable about the area. I am a buy and hold investor and have several small buildings(3-6 units) and that is my current area of expertise. I would be open to other types of investments(larger apartment buildings up to 30 units, or commercial etc...). I am also looking to do the same, what dates were you looking to go?  I have been looking into new construction town homes in the downtown (inner loop) area and am considering purchasing soon.  

Hopefully there are more members who are in the same boat or can provide some insights as well.
