Short term Property Management

I am in the process of selling my rental in Baytown and my PM does not support the property when the owner is selling it. I do have tenants in the property and the new owner is an investor. Would anyone be willing to manage the property short term?

Ideally I will be able to close before end of the month. However, if things go south and the buyer backs out, then I will be without a PM. Trying to figure out a backup plan.
