FIG / ReMAX in Richmond / Houston area
I'm a realtor/investor in the Waco area, but am curious about the Houston market. Has anyone looked at the FIG / ReMAX duplex / fourplex / 8-plexes in Richmond / Katy / Houston area? They're advertising 7.5% cash on cash return. Has anyone been looking in that area? They seem to have nice charts and graphs and some nice development properties. Although 7.5% isn't "amazing" or anything, seems like a decent investment. I've done flips in SE Houston but not super familiar with Katy / Richmond area. Would appreciate any insight into that area or FIG.
Thanks,
David
