Harris County Tax Appraisal

My tenant received something in the mail from the appraisal district.  It was addressed to "Current Owner".  He gave it to me of course.  It was a questionnaire asking about purchase price, renovations, etc. to perhaps come up with estimated home value?  Not sure I recall ever receiving one of these before.  Don't know if I should ignore it or fill it out.  Seems like it is not in my best interest to complete this.  Anyone receive these before?
