Hello I've been looking at getting into real estate investing for a few years now. I understand the basics from wholesaling, buy and flip, buy and hold, and etc.......The problem is I don't feel comfortable jumping in alone as I am a visual learning and would really benefit from having someone to help me throughout the process. I've found what I think might be the help I need by taking the three day seminar with Prosperity Group (Tim Mai and AC Ramos). Before I give them my money I would like to know if this is a quality class to help me get started or does anyone have any other suggestions on getting started.

I don't think you should give them a dime- you money is better spent on your first property- all the information you need is out there for free- if you just need motivation, meet me for lunch and before the check comes you will be itching to get your hands on your first property
