Hello Everyone,

I have a questions, if I want to assign a contract to an investor where should I go to get the contract?  I found a lot of websites that contain these contract but I don't see the exist clause, should I add that myself?  I am a first timer.  If any one could help me I would really appreciate it.  Thanks in advance
