New Investor looking to build a team for multifamily properties

Hello everyone, my name is Ben Blankenship and I have been researching and listening to podcast about real estate for the last several months.  I have narrowed down that I am interested in multifamily properties and would like to focus on fewer large deals than many small deals.  

I am looking to develop a relationship with an attorney that is familiar with the in and outs of MLA's and LLC's. I may also be looking at Seller Carry 1st mortgages depending on if the seller is free and clear. If anyone has any recommendations for someone I should contact, that would be great.
