Bandit signs

Hello BP,

Does anyone know (besides Harris County) what counties around Houston have sign ordinances against bandit signs?  The fine I heard is pretty large but I'm not sure about other cities or counties around Houston in the outlaying areas.

Bandit signs are ILLEGAL almost everywhere in Texas. Most cities and counties have ordinances against them. And if that doesn't get you, the state has a law against bandit signs.

Active neighborhood groups organize parties to go out and pull up these signs. Most will just throw them away, but really aggressive groups will drop them off at the nearest police station.
