Deals for Rental Properties

I am real estate investor in Houston area. My current focus is on rental properties, Single Family residential units. Already purchased one property in Rosenberg and leased it out immediately.

What is the best way to look for more rental properties and deals in Rosenberg, Richmond, Cypress, Spring areas for Buy and Hold strategy. Are the wholesale deals available in these areas? I want quick turnaround. My financing has been pre-approved and will be able to close in 2 weeks.
