Hello! I’m currently based in Chattanooga and looking for property managers or landlords that are open to rental arbitrage. Has anyone done this in the area recently? Or anywhere between here and Atlanta? Does anyone know of specific apartments or landlords that are open to this idea? Thanks so much for your help!
