Encapsulation In Crawl Space

Hello All! I am under contract on my first rental property in Soddy Daisy and the inspection looks pretty clean other than the crawl space. There is a decent amount of mold that needs to be removed, and I will most likely do an encapsulation of the crawl space immediately. I have some contractors going out there for estimates, but I was curious if anyone has dealt with this recently and would know much about cost just so I know a ballpark. I would also love recommendations if you know of a company that you have good experiences with!
