2nd Knox REIA meeting

Awesome meeting, loved the Q&A format and the information that was given.  I'm almost ready to pull the trigger and jump in.  I've ordered my business cards, set up my Google Voice.  Now, to find the deal and figure out which area to focus in to find deals.  I'm leaning towards South Knoxville, with the Riverfront Development starting soon.  I know there's a lot of distressed houses in that area, and it's an area I'm familiar with since I grew up there.
