Hello everyone!

This post is inspired by the Bigger Pockets Podcast Deep Dive that every guest covers. I would love to hear about your first deal in the Middle Tennessee Area, if it was your first ever deal, and any details you would be comfortable and willing to share. I hope these responses will help provide some insight on areas in Middle Tennessee to invest and specific strategies that worked in those areas.
