Seeking Investment Property and Broker + in Nashville

Hi All,

My wife and I are beginning the process to relocate to Nashville. We'll be in Nashville to begin our search late December and would like to find an investment broker/realtor/partner to help find small multi-family or homes with potential for additional income – BRRRR is our strategy. I know Nashville is still growing, so while CF may be low, we want to stay somewhat positive and count on appreciation to boost our gain for exit. We can go as high as $500k as long as the numbers make sense.

Also, looking to build a team so if you have recommendations for contractors and property managers we’d like to talk to and vet them out while we’re here.

Lastly, if you’re local and seeking a partner we would be interesting in meeting.
