Furnished LTR or Executive Rental Question

Hi everyone, we have a former STR and turning it into a Long Term Rental. Since we have the place furnished, we are wondering about renting it as a furnished long term rental or executive rental. Do any of you know how much more to add to the monthly price if furnished? Is there a market for furnished long term rentals in Nashville? And/or are there places we can contact to do executive rental contracts on the place? Thanks for any help you can give!
