Looking for carpet installer, plumber and painter in Nashville

Hello Bigger Pockets, 

My wife and I just purchased our first property and were looking for some recommendations for a few services. 
The condo is located in Bellevue (37221)

#1 - Carpet installer. (We would provide carpet and padding)
#2 - Vinyl Flooring installer. 
#3 -  Painting crew.
#4 - plumbing (we have a leak somewhere in the upstairs bathroom coming down to the kitchen ceiling)
