Local Real Estate / Landlord clubs near Brentwood?

We are looking to start investing in either SFH or multi-units (4 or less) in the next year and would love to learn from the brightest individuals out there. We are looking for a local landlord/real estate investment club to be apart of in or around the Brentwood area.
