Great sources to finding deals
Being a newbie in this business, I have learn quite a bit. I'm am really anxious to get this first deal but I feel the sources that I have been using doesn't quite seem to give me the deals I'm looking for. I see that other investors that is shopping in the same market I'm shopping seems to get great deals. What are some sources i should be looking into. Zillow, Realtors.com, realtracs, and the assessor of property site is what I'm going off of now.
