Visiting Nashville - Looking for a investor friendly realtor

Hi there everyone

I am visiting Nashville during labor day weekend and was thinking to meet up with a local investor friendly realtor to get an idea about the market and start process of possible future investment. I can meet up at downtown Nashville or surrounding areas on Tuesday 09/06 and Wednesday 09/07. I am also interested in meeting up with local investors to share ideas if anyone wants info about Chicago market.
