Is a business license required in Davidson County to flip houses?

My partner and I just set up an LLC (filed the articles of organization) in the state of TN in order to begin flipping homes here. It looks like I may need to also register this business in Davidson County, since that's where I live, and where the primary business is located, but I wanted to be sure, since it could just create more red tape if it's not necessary. Real estate investing and flipping houses does not seem to fall within any of the business classifications, which has me wondering.

Anyone know the rules on this, and what else I might need to do to make sure the business is legal from TN, Davidson County, and Nashville perspectives?

Thanks!
